I am currently doing research in autonomous space servicing capabilities. As a researcher, I am primarily interested in guidance, navigation and control of aerospace systems. I have worked in Intelligent/Adaptive Fault Tolerance Flight Control Systems, specially in (a) non-linear modeling and simulation of aircraft and aircraft sub-systems, (b) control simulation environment for abnormal condition detection of damaged aircraft, (c) conducting tests on motion-based flight simulators and designing flight algorithms, (d) structural health monitoring and control for automated diagnosis of aircraft under damage and/or flutter conditions, (e) novel integrated solutions to the Fault Detection, Identification and Evaluation (FDIE) for aircraft sub-systems.
