This Wiki contains descriptions of actual failure scenarios with an emphasis on the diversity of failure modes and effects that can befall dependable systems.
Currently, this is just a test to determine the best structure for these scenarios. Inclusion of figures is not working.

We may want to split this wiki so that there is a wiki specifically for the collection of failure scenarios and another general wiki for the "AFCS - Distributed Systems" project.
