RUAG Grid Infos

- For each of the three test cases (RSW, BSCW, HIRENASD), an archive is
  provided containing two CGNS files.
- "med" as part of the filename denotes the medium grid, "fin" as part of the
  filename denotes the fine grid.
- The coarse grid was generated ad-hoc in the NSMB flow-solver by combining
  cells, and can not be exported directly
- The Grids have been set up using ICEM CFD.
- The Grids are structured, and the solver works cell-centered.
- The CGNS files have been generated using a custom tool based on the ICEM CFD
  files.
