I am a member of the Reliable Software Engineering team at Ames Research Center. My interests are on system identification, rotorcraft vibration and noise control, adaptive software verification and validation, and the certification of adaptive control systems. Recent collaborations include membership on the JPDO Aircraft Working Group (co-author of the JPDO Avionics Road Map, the CAST Aircraft State Awareness Joint Safety Analysis Team, and RTCA special committee writing DO-178C, DO-278A, and related documents for flight software certification.
