With a Ph D in Computational Science and Enginnering, I have worked in several affliations (The US Geological Survey Earth Resource and Obeservation Science (EROS) center, Canada Center for Remote Sensing, McGill University, Michigan Technological University, and Chinese Academy of Meteorological Science) and mainly focused on the staellite remote sensing related fields. In the past five years, I have worked for the Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM or Landsat 8) project, mainly in the Landsat Product Generation Subsystem (LPGS) and Image Assesment Subsystem (IAS) team. Now I am joining the Land Satellites Data System (LSDS) Science Research and Development (LSRD) project at EROS center. The project of LSRD interest include: WELD-Web Enabled Landsat Data, Global Data Set of Leaf Area Index Derived from the Landsat Global Land Survey (GLS) Archive, and USGS ECV/CDR Development.
